Our company operates a fully accredited NABL laboratory, ensuring compliance with international standards for testing. Our advanced facilities and expert team enable us to deliver precise, reliable results, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence in refrigeration and cooling solutions.

Spanning over 5 lakh square feet, Rockwell boasts three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad and Lucknow, in India, with an annual production capacity exceeding 6.5 lakh units. Supported by a robust R&D team, equipped with a precision-controlled temperature and humidity test lab, Rockwell possesses a unique capability to design, develop and manufacture customised refrigeration solutions tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

1986

Rockwell was founded with a clear vision and an initial capacity of 500+ units a year.

1990

Operations kicked off at Unit 1, expanding annual output to over 9,000 units.

1994

A major milestone — partnered with Coca-Cola, becoming a top national supplier.

1995

Marked the start of global outreach with our first order from UNICEF for vaccine coolers.

1999

Unit 1 scaled up significantly, boosting production to 36,000+ units annually.

2000

Entered the freezer segment with the launch of our first dedicated range.

2005

Innovation led to India’s first Eutectic Cooler, designed and delivered by Rockwell.

2007

National ice-cream brands joined our client base, strengthening our presence in the cold chain ecosystem.

2008

Adoption of Kaizen+ methodology propelled output to over 105,000 units per year.

2013

Unit 2 became operational, increasing total production capacity to 400,000 units annually.

2015

Recognised with India’s first IGBC Platinum Rating in the refrigeration industry.

2016

Launched India’s first Solar Freezer and began exporting to global markets.

2017

Distribution network expanded across the country, bringing us closer to customers.

2019

Twelve new branch offices were inaugurated, enhancing our regional footprint.

2020

Introduced the Converti Green Freezer — a breakthrough innovation for energy efficiency.

2021

Supported global vaccine rollout with the launch of specialized COVID-19 coolers and freezers.

2023

Entered the HORECA segment with a complete range and unveiled India’s first refrigeration Experience Center.

2024

A state-of-the-art VISI Cooler factory was launched in Lucknow, setting new benchmarks in manufacturing.

2025

Introduced our next-generation Glass Top Eutectic Freezer, setting a new benchmark in energy-efficient cooling.
